The CJC site leadership plays a crucial role in the success of the program. These leaders are dedicated individuals who provide oversight, guidance, and support to the participants of the Christian Job Corps. The site leadership works closely with volunteers, instructors, and community partners to create an environment that fosters transformation, instills hope, and empowers participants to reach their full potential.

Christian Friends
ButtonThese volunteers come alongside participants to provide mentorship, encouragement, and friendship during their journey. CJC Christian Friends offer one-on-one support, praying with participants, and helping them navigate the challenges they face both inside and outside of the program. Through their genuine care and Christ-centered guidance, the Christian Friends create a sense of community and accountability that fosters personal growth and spiritual renewal.

Instructor / Instructor Coordinator
ButtonINSTUCTORS - Deliver curriculum that equips participants with essential skills for employment and life success. They bring a wealth of real-world experience and a passion for mentoring, creating interactive lessons that inspire learning and personal growth.
INSTRUCTOR COORDINATOR - They recruit, train, and manage the volunteers who serve as instructors, ensuring program quality and consistency. The coordinators also collaborate with site leadership to align the curriculum with the CJC's holistic approach, addressing the spiritual, educational, and practical needs of participants.
Meal Provider
ButtonYou and your group can cook it, cater ir, or just help fund it.
These volunteers commit to preparing and serving nutritious meals for program participants on a regular basis. More than just providing sustenance, the CJC meal providers create an atmosphere of community, care, and comfort. By nourishing the bodies and spirits of those in the program, the meal providers demonstrate the love of Christ and help establish a welcoming, family-like environment.

Pray for the Christian Job Corps (CJC)
Your prayers are a powerful force, fueling the mission of the Christian Job Corps as it works to empower men and women facing unique challenges. Through your intercession, you can support this vital program in its efforts to provide them with the resources, skills, and encouragement they need to overcome obstacles and achieve greater stability in their lives.

Kids team
This team's purpose is to actively involve children with God's teachings, collaborate with parents, establish an enjoyable and secure learning environment, and foster relationships with both children and families.
Creative
Assist in cultivating an environment where individuals can encounter the presence of God. Contribute by playing a musical instrument or operating cameras, lights, screens, and sound to enhance the presentation of the gospel on stage.
Connections
Take the initiative to be the initial point of contact for arriving guests, offering a warm welcome and addressing any inquiries they may have. Assist in locating the most suitable available seats and have the privilege of praying with others.
